Girls Team Coaches
 

 

Trevor O'Hara

Trevor has been with Queen City since 1998.  He is primarily responsible for Vault and Bars for Level 6-10.  Additionally, Trevor assists in staff training with the Compulsory Program.


Ashley Ellsberry

Ashley is the girls optional floor coach and coaches the level 6 team.  Ashley was a Queen City Gymnast from 1988 to 1999 where she competed in JO National Competitions as a Level 10 gymnast and was the beam, floor and all-around champion.  Upon graduation, Ashley attended Arizona State University and was a member of the gymnastics team.  She earned two trips to NCAA Championships with her team and earned All-America Honors on beam.  For her fifth year at ASU, Ashley spent her time as an Undergraduate Assistant Coach for the gymnastics team, where she helped take them to the NCAA Championships.  Ashley graduated with a bachelors degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, focusing on Business and Sociology, as well as, graduating with a minor in Mass Communications.

Cory Danner

Cory is the leader of the Girls Developmental Program.  She joined the Level 4 Team in June, 2004 and has been a tremendous asset to the young Level 4 Team.

Tom Snyder

Tom is the Level 5 and 6 Lead Coach.  He is originally from Cincinnati and competed for Queen City for 8 years before College.  Tom attended Miami University and graduated with degrees in Psychology and Child Studies.  In addition to Level 5 and 6, he has coached Level 4, Developmental and even Tumble Bees.

Sarah Shotwell

Sarah is the Lead Coach for the Level 4 Program.  She also coaches floor and beam for the Level 5 Program.  In addition to coaching the compulsory teams, Sarah also choreographs floor routines and teaches Tumble Bee classes.  Sarah was a gymnast and competed at four Jr. Olympic National competitions as a Level 10.  She received a full gymnastics scholarship to Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland and graduated with a degree in Electronic Media and Film.
